Among the work that I do is the following:
- Teach private, semi-private, and group yoga classes
- Hold private and semi-private shamanic energy healing sessions
- Perform shamanic Reiki sessions, combining elements of indigenous cultures healing techniques including drumming and Reiki
- Conduct Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki trainings for levels 1, 2 and Master Teacher
- Perform private Reiki healing sessions
- Conduct long distance healings
- Perform house clearings and blessings
- Work with the Akashic records and with karmic release

- Integrated Approaches to Healing: Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki II and Reiki Master Teacher
Among the yoga trainings I have completed are the following:
- Yoga Institute of Houston: Teacher Certification
- Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy: Level 1 and Level 2
- Multiple yoga workshops conducted by the Long Island Yoga Association
- I have attended workshops at Kripalu lead by Yogiraj Alan Finger and Todd Norian, among others
- 2014 Kripalu's Yoga Teacher's Association Annual Conference focusing on Yoga Therapy
