Caryl Janvey has been involved with the arts her entire life. She has a B.A.
in Art History from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo. Born into an artistic family, her
father was a gifted swing era musician, and her mother, a multi-talented painter,
writer, singer, and historian. Dealing, collecting antiques, and designing jewelry are a
natural growth of all of Caryl's years in such a family. She treasures beautiful objects,
the unusual, the quirky, or the piece that has considerable age.
