Some information about Ergonomics and Biomechanics before you begin:
Some of the main areas that Ergonomics touches on are:
		- Musculoskeletal System - deals with the muscles and bones of the body and their role in movement
 - Anthropometrics - the measurement of the human body
 - Office Ergonomics- includes keyboards, wrist rests, chairs, lighting and all other things present in an office
 - Workplace Ergonomics - includes all workspaces besides an office with an emphasis of job involving physical work
 - Daily Ergonomics - the interaction with everyday items such as telephones, cameras and cars

Some of the main areas that Biomechanics touches on are:

		- Muscle Capacities - the measurement of the forces that can be applied to the muscles in the human body
 - Kinetics - the study of the movement of the body and the forces applied to the muscles, bones and joints
 - Kinematics - the study of the movement of the body without reference to forces applied to the muscles, bones and joints
