MedlinePlus Drug Information
MedlinePlus Drug Information is a service of MedlinePlus. MedlinePlus's drug database draws information from MedMasterTM, a product of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the USP DI(R) Advice for the Patient(R), a product of the U.S. Pharmacoepia. Drug information from MedlinePlus is more consumer-oriented, as opposed to clinician-oriented. Alphabetical drug listings are available. You can also search the entirety of MedlinePlus - after you conduct a search on a drug name, you will see a folder on the left hand side of the results screen entitled "Drug Information." This will bring you to the drug information page. Searching this way also allows you to see the other categories of information that MedlinePlus has on your search term. A word about MedlinePlus: MedlinePlus is produced by the National Library of Medicine. It contains authoritative and up-to-date information and sources.
ExpressScripts Drug Library
The ExpressScripts Drug Library is a noncommercial, evidence-based drug information site. It can be searched directly by a drug brand name or active ingredient, or by alphabetical listing. Each monograph provides detailed information on the drug, including indication and interactions with other drugs.
